PROJECTS ACHIEVED Frenzy App – Android application provides customers to make trip plans and watch ads or participate in a quiz during the ride to get rewards.The project was originally written in Java and later changed to Kotlin. The entire structure adopts the MVP design pattern. Some third-party libraries are used, such as Stripe, Brightcove, Zendesk, and GoogleMap. The App uses API to communicate backend in a RESTful format. The network module is Retrofit and uses Rxjava to subscribe to the response and the UI. Auth0 is for user authentication and uses Google Firebase as a backend data supporter. Also, Firebase Storage, Crashlytics, Analytics, and Cloud Messaging features are involved. Showing customers ETA of stops, weather, news and Ads. In the beginning, it was written by Java and later changed to Kotlin. Super Shuttle NZ for Android – A public App for customers. Published in Google Play Store. Customers can make bookings; check history and future bookings; check their van’s location and the ETA of their trip. Super Shuttle NZ for iOS – the public iOS App for customers. This application was published in Apple App Store. The features are similar as the Android version. Modules of Carina –Carina is a backend system and the business support system of SuperShuttle. New MiM (Media in Motion) – use Python to rewrite the MiM for reducing the cost. It bases on Raspberry Pi 3 hardware. PROJECTS ACHIEVED Responsible for building and managing the development team; this required the ability to tailor communication, identify staff strengths and weaknesses and ensure the team met deadlines.  Major module of DVR series 5 to series 8; the OS was Embedded Linux and the development language was C and C++. It included algorithms (such as H.264, G7.203) of encoding/decoding of audio and video and some modules to manage the data of video and audio. In addition, it included some network protocol such as RTSP and IP-Multicast technologies. Client application of DVR (2003 – 2013); it included a desktop application and an ActiveX application. The early versions of desktop application were developed by C++ and later this was rewritten by C#.
