I am a hunter that continually strives to develop new business, setting a challenging pace for the reps that report to me to follow. I have found that it’s not enough to just make the sale, but it’s in how you handle the customer after the sale in terms of follow up, account nurturing and support that determines whether you will retain that customer long term. I am willing to wear a lot of hats, but also understand the importance of delegating. I have managed sales staffs of up to 175 representatives and managers.I’ve have achieved many awards over the years including Presidents Club in 2020, Account Executive of the Year for 2018, Rookie of the Year in 2005, Platinum Club, and Double Ring of Diamonds awards in Sales and management.
