Datacom Network Engine.•Support ESPN’s LAN/WAN network infrastructure encompassing, Corporate LAN/WAN, On-Air production, Specialty VLAN Network, Wireless, Remote Events WAN, ATM Transport, IPTV, Management Network and Distributed Analyzer infrastructure. •Supporting more than 300+ Cisco 6500, 4500, 3750, 3560, 3550 Layer 2 & 3 Switch plus more than 50 Cisco 3745, 3825, 3725, 3620 Routers and its Marconi ATM network consisting of ES-2810, ES-3810 and ASX 200, ASX 1100, ASX 1200.• Coordinated, configured and deployed Junipers (Formerly Peribit) WX WAN Acceleration units to all of ESPN’s remote WAN locations, both national and international enabling, acceleration, reduction, QOS and network sequence mirroring. •Responsible for the replacement of ESPN’s Marconi ATM Specialty Vlan network with a fully redundant, Cisco 10 Gig capable, layer 2 design, consisting of 70 plus switches ranging from 6509’s in the core to 3560 at the edge, company wide.
