The role encompasses multi-functional competencies e.g. valuation, capital markets, stakeholder management, communication expertise, regulatory and industry knowledge to protect and enhance enterprise value.The role involves active relationship management and targeting of the domestic and foreign Global Emerging Markets Institutional buy and sell-side community on a day-to-day basis, including leading site visits to production facilities, brand homes and regional operations. I also oversee the Integrated Report process and publican according to King IV Codes of Governance, following elements of the international framework. Working with the Group CoSec, I lead pre-AGM solicitation and engagement amongst domestic and foreign institutional buy-side (ESG & Portfolio Managers) and Governance rating agencies. My role also includes acting as a conduit between the Board and the capital markets community in relation to overall investor sentiment, Governance, Strategy and performance versus peers.I also lead and manage domestic and foreign Financial Media relationships, messaging and activations, with ad-hoc involvement in Government related communications and campaigns.I am currently leading the Heineken deal Stakeholder management and communications workstream on behalf of Distell to ensure deal completion.
