Leadership and Management:- Provide strong leadership to the Sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.- Set clear objectives and performance expectations for team members, and regularly monitor progress towards goals.- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to support professional development and growth.- Monitor and analyse sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize performance.Team development and training:- Training of new starters- Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development within the team, and coordinate training programs or resources to enhance team capabilities.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice sharing sessions to promote continuous learning and improvement across the teamClient Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, challenges, and preferences- Act as a point of escalation for client issues or concerns, and proactively address any issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Find and contact new leads for existing or new clients- Negotiate day rates and contractual terms with consultants ensuring immigration and contractual compliancePlacement:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing (using Bullhorn and Linkedin), and placement. - Develop strong relationships with consultants by providing the highest level of service.- Administration of client and consultant related documentation ensuring compliance.- Ensure personnel are engaged in accordance with company procedures and processes.- Able to cover any position in the sales department, due to absences of staff.
