1. As the Director of Governmental Affairs for the Massachusetts Fraternal Order of Police (MA FOP), I represent and advocate for the interests and rights of more than 5,000 police officers in the state. I have a master's degree in criminal justice and over 30 years of experience in law enforcement, including serving as the Chief of Police of Yarmouth, Massachusetts.My mission is to support and empower the police community through effective communication, collaboration, and education. I work with local, state, and national stakeholders to advance the legislative and policy agenda of the MA FOP, as well as to provide other benefits and services to our members. I am also a committee member representing labor at the Massachusetts Joint Labor Management Committee, where I assist in resolving police and fire labor contract negotiations. I am recognized for my leadership in community policing and my strong advocacy for criminal justice affairs.
