As a National Account Manager at One Call Care Management I am responsible for the continued development of relationships with national insurance carriers. My duties include but are not limited to setting up and conducting stewardship meetings that give our clients an overall view of their relationship with One Call and how our programs assist them to contain cost on their claims. I'm responsible for introducing programs that One Call offers insurance carriers that can assist in cost containment, and the claims management process of their worker's compensation claims.

While working for Total Medical Solutions (TMS) from April of 2006 to March of 2012. I worked as a Territory Manager for three years and was promoted to the National Account Manager position in December of 2009. I managed the Account Management team from 2009 to 2012. I helped develop the Account Management team, and their responsibilities. I also helped with the development of new product lines and continuing education seminars in the state of Florida. I accepted a position with MSC Care Management after they acquired TMS in January of 2012.

I worked as the Marketing Director for Frontier Medical for 7 months. I went with the diagnostic division, MedOptions when they purchased the diagnostic network from Frontier medical. I helped with the development of the marketing plan and strategy for MedOptions.
