In 2007, I was in charge of expanding the marketing channel. I led my team to develop more than 70 agencies, which far exceeded the given target. I was awarded the best freshman prize. In 2008, as the consultant team leader, I led my team to finish business target at 120%. For this excellent progress, my team was awarded the best business performance prize. In 2009, I led my team to complete the whole business goal at 200%, and was awarded the best employee prize, best team prize and top sales prize. In 2010, on behalf of Chiway Overseas Study Service Co., Ltd, I was in charge of the whole planning, management and operation process of the foundation project cooperated by Shanghai Jiao Tong University and University of San Francisco. At the invitation of Wenhui Daily, I published article about overseas study. I accepted an interview from Shanghai Morning Post. The interview report has been republished by many news media sites. I’ve also taken part in the editorial work of a series of books about overseas study in the US for Shanghai Chiway Overseas Study Service Co., Ltd In 2010 I was awarded as the annual sales champion.
