As Network Project Manager with Constant my focus has been to excel at providing a comprehensive, timely and successful execution of major network & cloud infrastructure projects that span a diversity of domestic and international locations. My diverse professional career experience with different engineering disciplines has allowed me to provide Constant with a unique perspective to bridge effective technical communication and planning among a full spectrum of internal and external project participants ranging from development, server deployment, network engineering and 3rd party network & transit providers. Daily responsibilities and engagements include but are not limited to the following.-Design network engineering deployment plan at every stage by engaging with core and edge network equipment vendor for quote and order processes, identifying required server deployments and dependancies, employing necessary upgrades for network capacity needs and develop a redundant strategy for entire deployment platform including for site and transit provider connectivity.-Initiate & maintain communication with high touch clients via emails and conference calls & prepare project kick-off calls with internal and external stakeholders Identifying potential risks and createmitigation plans using customized implementation trackers.-Maintaining up to date inventory of network elements including, routers, switches, line cards, SFPs, cables, etc. Follow data center growth in terms of bandwidth capacity and network elements and suggest growth paths to other departmental managers.

As a primary contributor and lead senior engineer to the recently formed Universal Parks & Resorts Global Attraction Program (GAP) team my role has been to be part of a critical unit responsible for engineering and executing planning & testing of network related reconditioning and upgrades of Universal’s wide array of award-winning theme park attractions at all of its international and domestic theme park resorts.• Authored and designed lifecycle “Build to Print” technical documentation for “greenfield” ride show network deployment by adhering to established Universal Creative Core Network Procedures and Standards (NPS) and other national industry / safety standards. • Led project vendor engagement; was established as authoritative resource for RSN related issues for all project participants and dependencies including controls systems engineering, audio, and visual teams, surveillance, and parkwide security.

Contracted lead network engineer tasked with dual role for support of Walt Disney World core technology upgrade due to corporate business expansion and theme park resort recondition and enhancement.• Primary role as lead engineer, supporting and focused on full design, testing, and deployment lifecycle for optical Data Center Interconnect (DCI) DWDM hardware at major Disney campus data centers in various national locations.• Secondary role as lead engineer provided review and development of fully diversified resort backbone, back of house (BOH), resort common and guest areas / room fiber print, and AutoCAD designs with Disney professional engineering contractor in support of GPON platform deployment with the ultimate aim of securing a signed and sealed design for deployment handoff.

As a network optical staff engineer responsibilities include planning and technical coordination of network device deployments including support for (Spectrum) Charter Communications video, voice and high speed technology platform and services. Currently as network optical engineer subject matter expert of the of the corporate network optical platforms including but not limited to Fujitsu Flashwave (9500/7500) and Cisco 15454 ONS platform DWDM optical networks, responsibilities include edge and core network capacity augmentation planning, documentation and deployment. Proficient with planning and deployment of complex 12 degree ROADM hub for mesh optical transit optical circuits in support of new critical services need including new capacity expansion needs. Provide DWDM support for multiple Charter (Spectrum) network edge and core transit network devices including CISCO ASR9000, CISCO CRS-1 (8 and 16 slot) , CISCO NCS Series aggregation routers for High speed Data services , Video and Cell backhaul services.

Senior staff engineer responsible for array of Windows and UNIX, internal and external corporate web hosting servers and infrastructure. Applied web content load balancing solutions including the deployment and support of Cisco Content Switch (CCS). Implemented and coordinated with senior staff in off site business continuity and disaster recovery solutions.

On site contractor responsible for deployment and support of Windows and UNIX (Solaris / AIX) server platforms in support of Walt Disney World resort services and ABC network media service at their Orlando data center facility.

Senior Staff engineer with diverse technical responsibilities including Windows corporate domain administrator, internal backoffice and external WIndows and UNIX web hosting services including WebObjects and WebLogic for major financial retirement firm. As part of the Enterprise Systems Management group major responsibilities involved design and deployment of sophisticated corporate monitoring and automation solution using IBM Tivoli enterprise suite. These solutions we applied across corporate distributed environment and included application mainframe monitoring systems.

As onsite engineer responsibilities included technical support for several leading edge bond brokerage trading platforms and brokerage staff at Cantor Fitzgerald. As senior engineer at corporate headquaters responsibilities included acceptance testing, software packaging and deployment of Windows and UNIX based bond brokerage trading systems for Cantor Fitzgerald and Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT).
