Lead of the project management organization in Hennigsdorf. Member of the Hennigsdorf management team.Main successes in this position : I built up a PM community with regulary communication. I implemented resource planning (incl. hiring of some high potential PMs), budget control, Alstom processes into the projects (new Gate Reviews, Work Package Management, ... ). I brought the PM Hennigsdorf APSYS (Alstom Performance System) level from near 0 to the best PM score in DACH. I led the DACH PM calls until the new Head of PM DACH was onboarded. I supported the Site Managing Director.

Lead of the engineering teams in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) for the segment rolling stock (Mainline, Urban, Suburban, Regional, Locomotives, Light Rail Vehicles) and components (Energy & Motion, Drives, Bogies) with main focus on execution. 9 Engineering Sites, ~1700 employee. Main success in this position: In 9 months we built up a new DACH engineering team in ALSTOM, including a new governance, new processes and tools, performance management, established a networking on all levels (between the sites, to other functions, product plaforms, central organization), implemented a workload management incl. balancing between sites (no ENG HC reduction in the transformation), cost management...

Follow up of the position in Bombardier after the take over until reorganization of new ALSTOM has been done.

After 1 year in another product family I ´ve been asked to take the lead of the Product Familiy single deck and double deck products of the region Central Europe and Israel. This includes the Talent platform (Germany, Austria, Italy), BR430, BR490 and double deck products for Germany and Israel. Responsible for providing clear product definition to the regions for bid consideration.Responsible for product development and engineering in execution, including planning of engineering activities across the projects for the whole product - feeds into integrated project planningAccountable for the QTC of project execution of all engineering activity, including the collaboration with internal Engineering Partners (Module Centers and Rail Control Solutions).Main success in this position: I built up the engineering team of the product family and introduced a governance to drive engineering execution 100% on remote (due to Covid 19). Lead of the Product Development Management in the Hi-Speed Plaform of the Product Engine. Driving Product - Standardization, Bids and execution until series production of all hi-speed products. Main success in this position: Structuring and remodeling of the engineering project teams for a stronger project execution.

Vice President Project Management of a Critical A - Project of doubledeck trains (> 1600 M€ with more than 1000 employee in all functions). Up to 25 direct employee in project management. Partly member of the management board of the regional business unit (Central Europe). Main success in this position: Stabilizatoin of the project (after taking over a project with 2 years of delay the trains started operational business in Dec. 2015 as promissed). To build up a team that was able to achieve 75 homologations for the 23 different car types and to deliver of 550 double deck cars within 3 years (2015-2018) to the customer Deutsche Bahn before internal change into another position.
