The Deputy Project Manager – Operations (DPMO) acts as the focal point for all protective security details, including all 400 personnel (i.e. guard force, intelligence analysts, medical personnel, vehicle and equipment technicians/mechanics, etc.), Additionally the DPMO supervises all aspects of planning, scheduling, organizing, managing, and assessing performance of assigned protective security details. The DPMO ensures all international trade regulations, export compliance regulations and trafficking regulations are upheld at all times.

The Lead Firearms Instructor for the Counter Narcotics and Anti-terrorism Program Office (CNTPO) supervises all aspects of firearms training for the 200 to 300 students attending police training in Sheberghan, Afghanistan. The Lead Firearms Instructor ensures all international trade and export compliance regulations are adhered to, with regard to international training, ensures the mandated training curriculum is adhered to, manages the security and accountability of nearly 1000 weapons and thousands of rounds of ammunition. Additionally, the Lead Firearms Instructor ensures the health and welfare of the students and instructors assigned during daily training iterations.

The Lead Firearms Instructor (LFI) supervises all aspects of firearms training for the 1000 plus protection specialists operating in Baghdad, Iraq. The LFI’s primary responsibility is to ensure protective service members are qualified on all weapon systems (pistol, rifle, shotgun, and crew served machine guns) and that the documentation of such qualifications are maintained at all times. The LFI is responsible for the development and implementation of the skills sustainment training curriculum in order to maintain the proficiency of protective personnel. The LFI manages the security and accountability of all assigned weapons and millions of rounds of ammunition. Additionally the Lead Firearms Instructor ensures the health and welfare of the students and instructors assigned during daily training iterations.

The Detail Leader supervises and coordinates all aspects of the United States Ambassador to Iraq’s static and mobile security to include the residence and all movement in and around Iraq. The Detail Leader supervises all aspects of organizing, managing, supervising, and scheduling of the Protective Detail, Advance Team and Military Support units to ensure the protective security requirements of the Ambassador are met. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that the 128 protective security specialists, including advance and military members, are properly trained, equipped, briefed, and mentally prepared to conduct security operations. Developing and implementing plans for route surveys, alternate routes, safe havens, contingency operations, facility perimeter security, foot patrol, coordination, and evacuation.

The Sheriff’s SWAT Sergeant supervises the Madera Regional SWAT Team and 22 SWAT Team Members. The SWAT Sergeant was the primary tactics instructor for the SWAT team as well as the primary marksmanship instructor for the Sheriff's Department. In addition to standard SWAT duties the team trained for and conducted dignitary protection operations such as security assessments on government buildings, witness protection and high risk prisoner security. From 2000 to 2001 served on and as the team leader of a tactical support team operating in northern Kosovo. With no training unit available daily duties included developing tactical training curriculum, conducting required training and maintenance of all training records. The primary mission of “Team Mike” included dignitary protection operations, tactical support missions such as counter ambush, arrest warrants and hostage rescue. Deputy Commander from July 2000 to November 2000.Promoted in 1996 to Sergeant, served as Patrol, SWAT and Dive Team Sergeant with a primary focus on safety, training and operational capability. Prior to 1996, served as a Patrol Deputy and SWAT and Dive Team member conducting related law enforcement and special operations duties.

Capitalized on expertise to lead and conduct aircraft maintenance on B-52 bomber aircraft. Lead Crew Chief involved in planning, coordinating, and implementing maintenance on airframes and engines. Responsible for airframe and engine inspections, inspections of maintenance tasks completed by personnel, and direct accountability for the mission capable status of the aircraft. Assisted in developing mission essential task/supply lists and writing technical orders for safe, efficient task completion. Directly supervised ground crew members tasked with aircraft maintenance.
