    Completed two Training System Requirements Analyses (TSRAs) for the newly selected KC-X (New Air Force Tanker, the KC-46). This effort provided the Air Force advanced information for competing their KC-46 training system, and help shorten the process of bringing concurrent training on-line once the new KC-X source is selected. VSAT completed the the Aircrew Training System TSRA in October 2010, and the Maintenance Training System TSRA in August 2011. The effort drafted TSRA System Requirement Documents for state-of-the-art training systems, and provided the task analysis and background information for the trade-offs and recommendations. Previously completed the AF project to develop requirements for the Contractor supporting USAF Aeronautical System Center 77AESW acquisition of the 711 Human Performance Wing's new Human Centrifuge and Research Altitude Chambers (RAC), where responsible for Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health (ESOH), Human Factors, Man-Rating, and Test & Evaluation areas of these acquisitions, including System Requirement Definition, RFP preparations, selection, and T&E utilizing the resource of the VSAT team to support development of formal requirements and source selection. These projects involved coordinating a team of part-time highly experience engineers to meet the need of the Aeronautical System Center's program offices. Including editing eight significant technical reports within two years, and devleoping program documents, such as System Requirements Documents (SRDs) and Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP)
