AEROSPACE MANUFACTURING —• Develop, organize and manage a robust and comprehensive technical publications system, for the effective and consistent development and manufacture of ACS products, and training of relevant ACS personnel.• Develop, write, illustrate, maintain, edit, revise, and test-prove standard operating procedures and other elements of the ACS tech pubs system.• Develop and maintain a document change request system that allows technicians, engineers, etc. to easily flag publications for timely correction / revision as needed.• Develop and maintain document style guides in order to produce high-quality, standardized publications, to the degree deemed necessary by ACS management, the FAA, and / or ISO agencies.• Accomplish the above responsibilities by working closely with various subject matter experts, whether internal (engineers, production team leaders, publication users, etc.) or external (aircraft and tooling manufacturers, service providers, regulatory agencies, etc.).• Generate illustrations (photographs, line art, wiring and / or plumbing schematics, troubleshooting trees, etc.) for technical publications as required.• Research and interpret applicable technical information from subject matter experts to develop effective technical documents for their intended audiences.• Assist with revision control of customer drawings.

PERFORMANCE AUTOMOTIVE AFTERMARKET PRODUCTS —• Write and illustrate customer installation instructions for automotive aftermarket performance accessories (e.g., cold air intakes, shifters, exhaust systems, transmissions, etc.) produced by our Flowmaster, B&M, and Hurst divisions.• Develop unified documentation standards (e.g., layout and appearance, nomenclature, etc.) to be implemented across several brands and product lines.• Write and illustrate “in-house” work instructions for R&D fabricators and technicians.• Revise legacy documents for accuracy, clarity, and contemporary / standardized “feel.”

REMOTE SHELTER SYSTEMS — • Applied Lean Manufacturing principles to repurpose parts of CXT’s precast concrete line for new product lines (i.e., containerized growing systems and structural insulated panels for gas and oil metering skids). • Wrote and illustrated standardized work instructions for fabricators and assembly technicians, and product setup instructions for customers.

REMOTE SHELTER SYSTEMS — • Planned, wrote and illustrated user manuals for mobile shelter systems and support equipment. • Coordinated with engineering, designers, sales and marketing staff, and production leads. • Took photographs and created line art with SOLIDWORKS Composer for illustrations. • Obtained user instructions for included commercial equipment. • Drew basic plumbing and power system schematics using MS Office graphics capabilities. • Proofread and edited electrical schematics produced by engineering electrician. • Compiled, printed and digitized informational materials for final delivery to customers. • Standardized the content, arrangement and appearance of user manuals.ISO Internal Auditor — • Audited company processes in 2015 and 2016 using ISO 9001 (Quality) and 14001 (Environmental) standards, in conjunction with the company’s Quality Manual. • Submitted audit results for review by the Compliance Manager in preparation for external audits.
