I am a licensed Auctioneer in MA , NH and RI . I am a Licensed RE Broker in MA .I am a TIPS certified Bartender in MA and I work in that capacity for a private contractor . I am a volunteer with Horizons for Homeless Children at a shelter in Dorchester . I have an extensive background in the Restaurant industry and as a Project Manager in property rehabilitation . I am very interested in the developing crisis of homelessness in Boston and surrounding areas . As the cost of property and subsequent rise in rental rates has increased , more individuals are finding that adequate housing is unaffordable . I would like to be of help in alleviating this problem and my goal is to become part of a group that works to provide immediate shelter for and long term solutions to , those individuals who are all too often quite literally , being left out in the cold .
