• Manage, lead and coach the IT demand and delivery team in the Zone.
• Represent IT in the demand management process and ensure IT constraints are taken into account in any zone and BU/Country project preparation phase.
• Ensure proper IT support for the project demands of the Business systems departments and BU/country project demand.
• Be the focal – and escalation point for all the Business system relationship managers and all the country service managers for new IT demands.
• Perform IT Demand and Delivery role for BI and support functions.
