As an elementary teacher at Pasco County Schools for eight years, I have developed a passion and a dedication for creating engaging and effective learning experiences for diverse student needs. I have also fostered collaboration and facilitated dynamic discussions among my peers as a PLC facilitator. Currently, I am pursuing a master's degree in instructional design and technology at the University of South Florida, specializing in various tools and skills related to this field, such as MS Office, Storyline, Articulate, Adobe Suite, Canva, HTML, CSS, Needs Assessments and Storyboarding. I have successfully designed and delivered interactive facilitator-led and online content that meets learning objectives and outcomes. I am eager to transition to a new career in instructional design and contribute to innovative learning and development initiatives. I am open to exploring new opportunities in the instructional design landscape and blending my teaching expertise with cutting-edge instructional design principles to shape the future of education.
