In my role I work in the following capacities:Personnel:-Recruiting, interviewing, and making hiring decisions.-Individual performance tracking for up to 130 employees.-Employee recognition, accountability, development, coaching and documentation. -Recommend and conduct employee terminations.Quality:-Assist executive leadership design, implement, train, and track quality control checks and processes. -Investigate internal and external customers' quality complaints.Continuous Improvement:-Use Lean concepts to identify opportunities to consolidate or improve processes.-Utilize root cause analysis to find efficient solutions and countermeasures.Operations:-Assist in identifying, researching, testing, and training employees on new equipment.-Identify, recommend, and implement measures to increase efficiency.-I have been privileged to be a part of a team effort that has seen a more than 200% increase in production in less than 10 years.Safety:-Investigate and countermeasure safety incidents and identify areas for improvement. Security:-Investigate reported incidents through interviews, reviewing security footage, and using various investigative techniques.

I am responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of components that will be used in the assembly of our final product, agricultural tires. As a supervisor I am responsible for the safety of my teammates and the quality and timeliness of our product. In my area we produce sidewalls, treads, and calender fabric that will ultimately become body plies in the best agriclutural tires on the planet.
