Frank is the President of The First Year Forward Foundation and co-founder with his wife, Meighan, the managing partner of Schiller DuCanto & Fleck, LLP, the largest family law firm in the nation. In 2023, Frank was featured in Fortune and Yahoo! Finance for his value driven approach to family life and work. First Year Forward Foundation supports accomplished women navigating divorce by offering practical resources, access to subject matter experts, and community support.Frank began his career as a Wholesaler, marketing investment strategies for asset management firms such as Merrill Lynch, Blackrock, MFS, and Stadion Money Management. A few years after a Private Equity firm acquired Stadion, he took early retirement to support his wife's career goals by being a stay-at-home dad. Outside the office, Frank serves on the Board of Directors and is the President of The University Club of Chicago, where he has been a member for nearly 25 years.He holds a degree in Business Administration from Marquette University. He has dual citizenship with the United States and Ireland (EU), providing him with an international perspective and global opportunity to advise clients. He also enjoys golfing, sailing, traveling, and mentoring young people interested in finance and entrepreneurship.
