As a Global Security Specialist, I provide the skills and knowledge needed to secure and protect large facilities and maritime high-value assets. I have contributed to the success of several large CCTV and access control projects around the U.S. such as Port of Baltimore Perimeter Security, Port of LA and Port of Long Beach, Amtrak Enhanced Security, and Tampa International Airport. As a Master At Arms, I have deployed to Djibouti, Africa twice in support Operation Enduring Freedom and performed as a driver in support of armored convoys, Navigator/Radio Telephone Operator for tactical boats, and mechanic providing maintenance and repair on HMMV's, MTVR's, TTR's, and diesel tactical jet boats. During the most recent deployment, I completed the hours and prequalifications to become a board eligible tactical craft coxswain. Applying lessons learned from both my civilian and military career I have earned my Bachelors of Science in Homeland Security graduating Cum Laude. Having complete 24 credits towards a Masters in Homeland Security with a minor in Criminal Justice maintaining a 3.8+ GPA I plan to earn my graduate degree by 2019. As a US Coast Guard licensed boat captain I own a small business, Marine Lease, LLC., for which I rent boats and captain coastal/lake sightseeing and fishing tours.
