February 2005 I started working as Assistant Rig Superintendent (Assistant Rig Manager) in Maersk Contractors Norwegian Office in Stavanger. Attending the Maersk Giant. During my, time working with the Maersk Giant for approximately 6 month I was assigned to Talisman Norwegian office as interface Engineer at the Yme project. Preparing the heavy lifts of wellheads, deck section and investigating other interface issues between Production and Drilling platforms.In August 2007 I was transferred to Maersk Contractors newly open office in Brunei, where I was working in a small Rig team as acting Rig Manager for the newly built Maersk Completer. During my time in Brunei logistical issues of a remote operation was handled on a daily basis. In addition to this Repair of rig after leg penetration and Equipment infant diseases was solved. Personnel issues after stuck pipe twist off and personal injuries were taken care of.February 2008 I Started as Assistant Rig Manager in Transocean’s Norwegian office where I was assigned to Transocean Arctic. In addition to the daily operation of the Arctic I was preparing the documentation and technical verification for an AoC for the GSF Galaxy II. Leading a team identifying needed technical up grades to comply with Norwegian regulation and cost evaluating the project. At the same time potential customers was approached to identify special needs.January 2009 I was assigned Transocean Searcher preparing for the Gjøa Field Rig move between sub sea templates and wellheads. Executing a successful operation with Multi lateral wells, Heavy lifts of wellheads, Riser less return mud system and logistical issues with low variable deck loads.April 2010 I was assigned Assistant Rig Manager Performance for Transocean Winner And Transocean Searcher. My tasks during the two Different operations were client and 3rd party contact, Preparing HPHT well and costumer focus preparing rig for next well location and customers.
