Directed the quality program for all projects for the office including resolution between QC/QA and OVT and required reporting to FHWA. Worked closely with District engineers and staff in multiple Districts to implement their projects. Projects included both design-build and CDA models involving both domestic and international partners. Notable projects included the Harbor Bridge Project(Corpus Christi District), Loop 375 Project(El Paso District), US77(Corpus Christi District), Loop 1604(San Antonio District), Energy Sector Projects(San Antonio, Yoakum and Laredo Districts) and SH 71 (Austin District). In addition served as the interim CDA Program Director for the Dallas Fort Worth Area for two months.
