About Frank Horne

I am an knowledgeable manager and retired US Army Officer with extensive management experience in civilian and US Army (Active/USAR) positions in the areas of maintenance management, sustainment logistics with Depot, acquisition logistics, Integrated Product Support (ILS) elements – Logistics Assessment, inventory management, earned value management, transportation (air, rail, ship/containers, over-the-road) JIT and distribution operations. I have over 25 years experience as a defense contractor. I have worked in many positions as a leader and developed those minds into productive team members at each position. Developed strategies, and worked as a member of IPT’s (Integrated Product Teams) and pursued opportunities for leveraging project funding sources, identified emergent related technologies for improvements to current processes.
