Initially lead quality management in Embraco electronic unit, then expanded the management responsibilities to process engineering ,operation,materials planning and 3Q6S (OPEX) system in different stages, ensure short and long term business and operation strategy are well deployed and financial objectives are achieved. Started work from the manufacturing engineer,then promoted as project manager and campus quality manager . Worked for different business/product units in Federal Mogul Qingdao manufacturing plants,they are Engine Piston,Spark Plug,Chassis&Steering Parts,Brake Drum&Rotor,System Protection Product,Wiper&Lighting Socket.Main role-Quality and Project Manager-Focus on QMS,process statistic control,supplier management ,customer audit&certification,customer complaint handling&claim,lab management ,quality continual improvement project&NPI project management.As management representative , lead team receive many customer awards from Ford NA, GM, Nissan,Great Wall Motor,Hyundai ,keep 2 years 0 PPM for BMW etc.Lead the team over 110 staffs in the department,coordinate and support team finished over 10 big projects/year,key leader to establish the China wiper production operation etc.
