Iaffaldano also served as Chief Financial Officer for the company for approximately two years. Iaffaldano began his career at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton in 1989, becoming a partner in 1998. In 2001 he joined the Los Angeles office of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker as a partner in the Real Estate Department and a member of the Resort, Restaurant and Recreation practice group. Iaffaldano has extensive experience in acquisitions, sales, construction and development, leasing, joint ventures, real estate financings, workouts, note sales, foreclosures and deeds in lieu of foreclosure.
