• Managing projects for radio testing to a variety of local and international standards such as FCC 15.247, 15.407, EN 301 489-17, EN 300 328, EN 301 893, EN 300 220, EN 300 330, EN 300 440, LP0002, Japan Radio Law.• Managing projects for non-radio testing to a variety of local and international standards such as FCC 15.107, 15.109, EN 55022, EN 55024, EN 61326-1.• Reviewing technical reports to make sure the testing was done correctly based on the applicable standards and test procedures.• Answering technical questions from both clients and various certification agencies about the testing, reports and the specifics of the project.• Working with GMA, DFS and SAR departments to make sure the project goes smoothly and there is no delay on the delivery dates of grants as agreed upon.• Developing test procedure, In- House calibration procedures and training material to improve test personnel knowledge.• Managing a group of about 10 staff that includes test engineers and project leads.• Coming up with ideas to improve productivity and efficiency in the lab to meet our target revenue.

Supervision of EMC testing to ensure compliance with the applicable local and international EMC standards.•Helping clients with troubleshooting failing products in order to pass EMC requirements.•Writing technical reports to reflect the EMC tests performed on products, and submitting those reports to official agencies when necessary.•Developing EMC laboratory to expand the capabilities for testing to new standards and specialized tests, such as testing to Bellcore GR 1089, and Radio Testing.•Providing EMC technicians with test procedures and work instructions to have a smooth and accurate methodology of doing EMC tests based on applicable standards.

Testing and evaluating a variety of electrical/ electronic products to ensure compliance to various EMC standards such as FCC-15, EN55022, EN55011, EN50082-1, EN61000-3-2, EN61000-3-3 and several international standards.•Providing consultation and mitigation for products that fail compliance tests.•Interfacing with clients and agencies to ensure efficient and quick approval processes.•Reviewing and evaluating technical reports before submittal.

Preparing quotations and technical proposals for a variety of products such as UPS’s, Frequency Converters, Access Control, and Voltage Stabilizers.•On-site testing of the installed systems to ensure functionality.•Inspecting the incoming systems to ensure compliance with the required local and international specifications and codes.

Installing, testing and maintaining a variety of security and sound systems such as Public Address, Conference and Translation, Paging, CCTV, and Access Control.•Interfacing with customers to respond to their technical questions.

Installing and testing various types of security systems.•Conducting scheduled preventive maintenance and performing on-site emergency repairs.•Providing technical proposals to clients to meet their security needs.
