Arms Team Chief
Team Chief for FORSCOM Aviation Resource Management Survey (ARMS), the Army's sole program to assess the operational capabilities and effectiveness of the Active Duty and Reserve aviation enterprises; composed of 3200 aircraft and budgeted $1.9 billion annually. Led a team of 22 military and government civilian subject matter experts across 14 functional areas in executing a comprehensive unit training and evaluation program that conducts assessments worldwide. Advised the G37 Aviation Director, FORSCOM leadership and the Aviation Enterprise on aviation unit resource utilization and deployment readiness. Coordinates internally to synchronize complex training and deployment timelines to maximize ARMS program effectiveness and unit readiness. Serves as a liaison for the coordination and partnership for ARMS related issues of multiple supporting Centers of Excellence (COEs) as integrated members of the ARMS team to include, DES, ATSCOM, APC, SAAM, USARC and NGB.
