• Test charging and battery boost units using BK Precision load testers and DATAQ devices.• Gained experience soldering and de-soldering on units to replace broken devices. Also made up wiring harnesses with the purpose of monitoring the current going through the device.• Write reports for returned devices that test good. Reports would describe any and all tests the returned device went through to prove it functions normally.• Data input using smartsheets.• Experience working with Li-Po batteries. • Used Circuit Diagrams to identify devices that are broken in returned units such as diodes, resister, transistors, etc. • Product testing and reporting for new products.• Built battery-cycle tester for the purpose cycling different current loads through the batteries to determine how many cycles of a certain current load a battery can take.• Gained experience using Arduino-Tech from programming cycle testers for batteries, and vibration sensors for electric motors. Also learned how to use Raspberry-Pi to make an interface for the vibration tester where RPM was also determined by making an FFT transform on python.

• Worked collaboratively with peers to build a payload to collect atmospheric data.• Completed payload before deadline given by ANSR. • Soldered, programmed microprocessor utilizing C++, and applied knowledge of microprocessors (Arduino Tech) to collect and record data as payload ascended and descended.• Worked off of System Block Diagrams to build first payload in first semester. Second semester entailed building original version while also building System Block Diagram within a team.
