Retired after 40+ years in the workforce ranging from law enforcement to sales to sales management. I feel very fortunate to have had an active career where I was able to move through different positions, especially at Ecolab, Inc (over five business units) in a span of 31 years. I am also blessed to have founded Appleseed Property Management, LLC., an absentee-owned business, which serves as a pass-through company for real estate transactions I finance. Primarily, we invest in nicer, newer single family homes in the Indianapolis metro area. We place lease option tenants within the property for approximately 12-18 months during which they are assisted with the financing process -- be it credit score improvement, mortgage services, or other aspects of the process. At the end of their lease term, they assume ownership of the property. This has allowed us the opportunity to further our investment directives, as well as assist others who are deserving of home ownership but may need a financial boost.
