R&D Test and Production Supervisor Led work team of test technicians and data analyst to ensure highest level of data integrity was gathered, analyzed, and presented on schedule. Utilized total productive maintenance (TPM) strategies to maximize tooling up time and accuracy. Helped implement ISO9001 standards ensuring proper training and certification of employees. Responsible for SAP inventory management across multiple works areas. Learned and utilized root cause analysis and problem-solving tools such as plan, do, check, act (PDCA) and accelerated time to resolution (ATR). This helped to quickly reach problem resolution ensuring project plans stayed on track.  Led a three-shift operation of production line repair and maintenance technicians.
