I was graduated from the Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada with Honours in Electrical Engineering in May 2010.Between, 2005 to 2009, I worked as Summer Interns at PCCW, Jockey Club, HK Communications and BlackBerry with assigned tasks in various networks, hardware and software development projects for the respective organizations.I started off my career with Peplink as an Embedded Software Engineer in July 2010 where I was responsible in the Wi-Fi testing of various software programs until March 2012.From April 2012 to August 2014, I became a Consultant at VPS responsible for the testing, support and problem resolutions of the various securities trading systems for Securities Brokerage firms in Hong Kong.From September 2014 to March 2017, I became a Technical Support Engineer at We Software responsible for the technical support to clients using Centrify’s Unifying Identity Management System across various operating systems such as Linux, Mac and Windows.From March 2017 to December 2017, I contracted to be a technical specialist in HSBC, focusing on middleware service support, and responsible for the file transfer solution from IBM Connect:Direct and Connect:Enterprise. We are also now implementing the Sterling File Gateway also from IBM as an upgrade to the current system.Now I am in Dealogic as an Associate Technical Support Engineer, working on Dealogic's Dealaxis and Cortex solutions.I am an energetic, confident, hardworking and trustworthy IT professional with strong people interaction and communication skills.I have a strong sense of commitment and responsibilities to project assigned and complete beyond satisfaction to managements.I am keen to look for an organization that can provide me with opportunities to learn and further explore and develop my skill sets with positive contributions to the organization.
