Strategy, tactical and operational after-sales support of current and future installed base. Sharing specialised know-how on maintenance and operation requires face to face contact with our customers on a regular basis. I like working in this international environment together with my colleague’s and customers making our organisation fit for the future.During the years this function evaluated from re-active Installed base management into pro-active value driven maintenance consultancy and sales. Countries changed and depending on local needs, I developed and implemented several strategies. This resulted in sustainable and increased turnover & customer satisfaction in amongst others: United Kingdom, France, Belgium, USA, Mexico, South America, Italy, South Africa and since April 2009 Asia and the Far East. Currently we are implementing "Strategic Focus on Asia" program. Our ultimate goal is: partnership in order to sustainable increase customer satisfaction, increasing OEE and optimise TCO.Per January of 2014, I am stationed in our regional HQ in Bangkok, from where I will increase the coöperation with our customers in Asia and Pacific. Furthermore I will support, coördinate and develop our local first line service organisation further in Bangkok and Jakarta offices, as well as our local field service engineers.
