Frank co-founded a commercial credit information bureau known as Commercial Information Agency in 1990. The business gained significant market share through the implementation of innovative and technologically advanced systems, and in 2000 the company was bought by Transunion, where Frank was appointed to the board as E-Commerce Director. During his time in the credit bureau industry, Frank met with literally hundreds of credit professionals across a plethora of industries, and this laid the platform for his eventual entrance into the outsourced credit management business at the beginning of 2003 when he founded Debtsource (Pty) Ltd, where he serves as the CEO. Frank is often consulted for press releases, publications and books on matters relating to trade credit management and he received the Alba Kritzinger award in 2007 for his contribution to the South African credit management community. He was voted a Fellow Member of the Institute of Credit Management in 2009.Specialties: Credit Management
