Ik heb bij een grote variëteit aan bedrijven gewerkt zowel in loondienst als op basis van interim opdrachten: klein, groot, nationaal en internationaal, in vele verschillende branches. Ik heb vooral ervaring met (complexe) boekhoudingen, consolidaties, jaarrekeningen (IFRS, Dutch/US GAAP), intercompany verrekeningen en leningen, salarissen, projecten, uitzoeken en schonen van problemen/fouten, leidinggeven (1-3 fte), diverse (nationale en internationale) belastingaangiftes (inkomstenbelasting, vennootschapsbelasting, dividendbelasting, BTW/ICP, loonbelasting, etc.), grootboekmutaties m.b.t reorganisaties, oprichting van vennootschappen, fusies en acquisities en alle andere voorkomende werkzaamheden die zich op administratieve afdelingen voordoen. Ik heb met veel verschillende automatiseringssystemen gewerkt, waaronder Exact, SAP, Account-view, Excel, Word, etc.), sommige custom-made en sommige branch-gerelateerd. Ik spreek Nederlands (moedertaal), ben gewend om in Engelstalige omgevingen te werken en spreek Spaans (redelijk).

In deze periode heb ik behalve de opdracht voor Rochdale, geen andere opdrachten uitgevoerd. Door de economische crisis waren er geen opdrachten voor ZZPers.

Uitvoeren van een onderzoek naar de mogelijkheden tot het implementeren van camera toezicht voor een appartementencomplex. Het begeleiden van een enquete met betrekking tot de leefbaarheid en veiligheid in en rondom de flat en de behoefte aan camera toezicht en het organiseren van een aanbesteding.

Responsible for Finance regarding the local entities, from accounting / controlling to annual reports

Free-lance assignment; hired as support for the Financial Department to handle the excessive growth of this enlisted industrial real estate company in Europe. Reconciliation between French Gaap and US Gaap / research on differences between the local figures and the US Gaap. Act as a liaison between the external French accounting service. Responsible for the classification of fixed assets expenditures and with the entries for the monthly depreciation on the European real estate in the General Ledger.Restructuring of the data on the fixed assets for the upcoming implementation of an ERP application. All the process under my care described and working instructions developed, discussed and put in place. Other tasks: monthly review of the net operating income and intercompany loan positions; handling ban accounts, preparing payment instructions; interest rate swap agreements; coding / entry of invoices; reconciliation of ledger accounts ; preparing interim reports.

As a Freelancer responsible for a portfolio consisting of mainly Multinationals with holding, finance and royalty subsidiaries based in the Netherlands (for tax reasons). Responsible from preparing a new book year up to and including filing the Annual Reports and the filing of income tax returns and from incorporation up to the liquidation of legal entities. This together with the internal legal Department, the corporate accountants; treasury, corporate lawyers and tax department, consultant legal, tax, compliance and auditors.

Responsible for servicing a portfolio of client companies. For these holding, finance and royalty entities (together with a corporate & compliance colleagues) responsible for the accounting, internal & external (Dutch Central Bank) reporting, treasury, inter-company & external loans, compliance and tax.
