• As a result of the hiring challenges of class A drivers. Developed an in-house DOT drivers’ program. This resulted in a reduction in turnover, an increase in employee engagement and a reduction in hiring costs..
• Implement a cross-training plan to assist in coverage of our full case order selectors enabled the operations to react quicker to fluctuations in sales and short staff because of employees calling in sick.
