The purpose of the technical manager position here at System One is to develop the skill sets of inspectors currently on staff and to find new talent as the company continues to grow. The majority of the technical managers time which is "90 %" spent in the field insuring compliance with and continuous improvement of the inspection procedures,guidelines and work instructions.Training modules and tests are given to each inspector as they develop and mature in each skill set. Having worked in the industry for a number of years, it is very rewarding personally to have this opportunity to share those years of experience.

My responsibilities included unit inspector at the NOVA Chemical plants located in Beaver County ,PA and Painesville ,OH. Also participated in a corporation wide inspection information management team, allowing me the opportunity provide Inspector training to plant locations internationally, on the NOVA Chemicals enterprise wide Inspection Information Management System.
