Enlai Total Educational Solutions is a young company and a subsidiary of UK China Education. Here I am able to contribute using my business and China related knowledge and experience that I gained over the years while working and studying. My tasks include:- Assisting in recruitment process of English teachers (Writing/Posting Job Adverts, contact candidates, collect and organise data, keep all involved parties updated)- Market and competitor research and presentation of data acquired- Contributing to internal organisation - Launching/improving online marketing (SEO, SMM, researching and creating of content, basic design, management)- Assisting in translation processes

While studying at the Sichuan University I was looking for a part-time job to apply and acquire knowledge and experience about working in a Chinese company. I was working at Tap4Fun as a translator (Chinese/English to German) for content of their mobile games like "Invasion: Modern Empire" (German introduction translated by me: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tap4fun.reignofwar&hl=de) My tasks included:- Translating mobile game content (Introductions, announcements, tips, else) from English/Chinese to German- Proofreading German translations done by non-native speakersExperience gained:- Working in multinational environment using English, Chinese and German- Ability to translate specific information into a short and well-to-read format- Impression of mobile gaming related customer managementReason for leaving:- Found full-time position elswhere which does not allow to continue working at Tap4Fun

Working at a tax consultant's office helped me to gain first business related knowledge and shaped my ideas of what direction to take in the future.My tasks included:- Basic accounting and book keeping using DATEV, Excel and Lexware- Office administration work- Assisting in creating quarterly statements
