Part of a team of four manning the RSPO Program at SCS Global Services. Main duties including; client relation, scouting for new client, programing audit and audit team, scouting for auditors and witnessing for qualification, RSPO PnC and SCC Lead Auditor as well Technical Reviewer for the program.

• Strengthened the capacity of the Forestry private sector stakeholders in the implementation of practices which meet the FLEGT /VPA and Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification requirements• Maintained RTN database of relevant Forestry, Agriculture and related sector stakeholders.• Develops and delivers RTN High Conservation Value (HCV) Assessor Training Course programs as approved by High Conservation Value Resource Network (HCVRN). Assist in the RTN HCV capacity building programs for key stakeholders including the private sector, civil society, government and regulatory agencies. • Conducted RTN independent assessment of best practices in the Forestry and Agriculture productive systems. • Periodically review and advise on activities to assist RTN in the development and implementation of strategies to achieve its mission objectives

• Established quality control standards and procedures. Apply effective modification on production plan for timely production of special orders or promotional items.• Identified and designed training needs and organized training for subordinates i.e. supervisors, machine operators and factory hands
