I have spent the last 20 + years of my career dedicating myself to the security industry. I started after high school and began acquiring licensing, training and certifications every available opportunity. I have acquired and currently hold multiple state occupational Licenses with the Texas Department of Public Safety and have worked in high level management positions, law enforcement, instruction, personal protection details, armed uniformed security services and have conducted investigations and threat assessments on multiple levels. I have also attended several state/law enforcement training schools over the years earning multiple instructor certifications in firearms, defensive tactics, personal protection and other areas allowing me to teach the private security sector and at law enforcement academies if required. After acquiring the proper credentials and some experience I worked for several security agencies here in the Texas area quickly rising up the ranks. In late 2000 I attended the Tarrant County Texas Sheriff’s Law Enforcement Academy, then worked for the Sheriff’s department for a period of time.I was later afforded the opportunity to work on a security detail for a fortune 500 company based in Dallas, Texas as an Executive Protection Officer/detail member assigned to the Chairman and founder. I then spent the next five years successfully protecting and traveling domestically and internationally by the side of the Principal/celebrity guest and acquired additional training during the tenure. Towards the middle of the five year mark I became the second in command over the detail. I have also continued to work in high level management positions over-seeing security operations for protection details and uniformed services.
