Recruited to add marketing and sales process experience to an executive sales and consulting team already well-stocked with manufacturing and distribution talents. Involved in new business development efforts as well as delivering Crosby's highly successful Quality Improvement Process working with my clients on location and a broad range of PCA clients in executive and management training programs.

Responsible for optimizing elastomers brands, technology and market channel partnerships for Dow Corning consumer, aerospace and military customers and applications. Also lead new business opportunity assessment and execution teams for the Elastomers Business. Co-developed and exploited international co-polymer patent originally developed for the packaging market. Championed development of one-way valve application for the consumer market, building a coaltion of early adopters, silicone elastomer fabricators and closure manufacturers.
