►WHY I ENJOY MY JOBEarly in my career I represented a restaurant group that had around 150 locations throughout the US. Having made some investments that didn’t work out, they were faced with the threat of bankruptcy. I led the effort to restructure their debt, completed a comprehensive entity reorganization, negotiated buyouts for some investors, and secured investment of new partners, all in a period of about six weeks. The work that I did was critical to saving that business, and it showed me the value that my profession – and me personally – can bring to the bottom line. From that point on, I was committed to this profession.
