Passionate about telecom for several years, I try to deliver with quality all the tasks that are assigned to me. I advocate above all the team spirit which for me is one of the main bases of the success of any project.My background as well as the different projects in which I have been involved have allowed me to have a solid experience in the planning, design and optimization of 2G/3G/4G and more recently 5G networks.Here below recent projects handledProject: SPE project Tigo Tanzania (Jan – Mar 2023 & May - July2023) Main activities: 2G/3G/4G parameters and features optimization audit and recommendations 2G/3G/4G capacity RAN audit, detection of bottleneck and recommendations for improvement. 2G/3G/4G Layering Strategy management proposal for Idle and connected mode  LAC/RAC/TAC Audit and discrepancies correction proposal Main achievement was smooth management of 25% of 2G sites added in DAR es Salem city generating more than 40% of traffic increase without causing congestion or quality issue.Project: Cognitive SW cluster Optimization Nigeria (Aug – Oct 2023)Main activities 2G/34G/5G Parameter audit and tuning actions proposal for KPIs enhancement 2G/4G/5G feature audit and tuning actions proposal for KPIs enhancement. Layer management strategy proposal for pushing more users on upper layers.  Main achievement was seeing on 5G with 35% of traffic increase after all actions been implemented.Project: RAN_MOD & RAN Expansion & NSB MTN CMR (Since July 2023)Main activities Initial tuning for sites newly modernized, new sites builds and sites expansions for MTN Cameroon project.  Handling customer complaint raised during project by customer. Sites health check before opening to commercial launch.
