Focus on meeting departmental targets, improving processes, developing and realizing year plans, initiating, leading and participating in various projects and leading, developing and coaching the team. Some results:* Defined, implemented and improved KPI’s and PI’s, including control loops and reporting. * Created a customer-first culture and became an reliable, performing partner for our customers.* Strongly improved S&OP process, with effective tools to enable us in integrated supply chain steering. * Collaborative supply chain inventory reduction of 10MEur, whilst the delivery performance remained >95% and improved manufacturing performance (incl. stable plan) * Clear task settings, with business process owners to lead standardization and improvements.

Managing, coaching and developing a team of 7-10 professionals, responsible for: * MRP-controlling: Acquisition of parts, maintenance of master data and alignment with production. * Inventory Control: Inventory management on supplier-account/commodity level, maintenance of SAP settings to guarantee availability at lowest possible costs. * Supplier Management: Managing supplier accounts, following up on supplier delivery performance (OTIF), and updating and acting on the preferred supplier lists and supplier score cards. * Assembly support: Optimization of materials flows from supplier till assembly; Trigger setting, implementation of Kanban, transition to pull mechanisms in assembly and supporting one-piece-flow.
