Took the job of counterman and were in charge of costumer research and extending and recovering loans  Worked as Manager of Risk Loan Department and were responsible to examine loans and to recover non-performing loans. Got promoted to the vice president and managed general loans and human resources. Took excellent employee award and Best Advice Award in company public evaluation.

Was a member of "Development of Engineering Antibody Drug for Tumors Overexpressing Surface Antigen P185", which is the No.863 National Project, Cooperation projects of Anhui Anke Biotechnology Group and laboratory of University of Science and Technology of China. The project was to set up assay method of external pharmacodynamics. Was responsible for a number of technology products' quality assurance and mass detection.
