Table Tennis North is a not-for profit organization we support, promote and develop an active, healthy and fun environment with the sport of Table Tennis in the Northwest Territories. My responsibilities include:- Leading a team to coordinate table tennis competitions, events and activities for children and young adults in the Northwest Territories in the effort to promote and grow the sport at a grassroots level- Collaborating with school staff and other community leaders to create and implement new courses at 5 schools to teach table tennis skills, strategies, and movements to increase physical education activity- Pitching ideas and events to local sponsors to bring more resources into community initiatives

My responsibilities included: - Collaborating with the marketing & business development teams to launch campaigns, create deals and other promotions, optimize categories, and more tasks related to the administrative portal- Creating a sales KPI report on a weekly basis to keep track of company sales and reporting results and trends on top merchants and to upper management- Conducting research on potential Canadian and American merchants to add to the wallet side of the official Moola app

My responsibilities included:- Leading the clothing operations team to manage store activities such as advertisement set-up and takedowns, promotions, analyzing product sales levels, organizing employee assignments and scheduling and overall inventory management- Cleaning and organizing the store into a comfortable environment for customers to shop in- Partnering with the visual merchandising team to accomplish new merchandise set-up (hanging, folding, security tagging merchandise to the company & individual brand standards) and stocking fixtures with products- Working with the clothing team to offer customer service to the public

Higher Ground is a summer day camp for kids aged 4-13, and there are activities such as lessons, crafts, games and afternoon activities catered to them for their enjoyment. My responsibilities included: - Working with a leadership committee to plan, organize, lead and execute the overall daycamp- Preparing curriculum for the 60+ kids to learn and experience each year of the summer daycamp and this curriculum is reused and still used to this day- Managing a budget of $4000 per year for the duration of the day camp
