He adviced the President and its Board of Directors on competitiveness, corporate strategy, capital structure, value and risk management. Supported by his administration team, he coordinated Board of Directors and Shareholders meetings. GPC is one the of the largest business conglomerates in the Dominican Republic which includes the PUNTACANA International Airport (PUJ). Frank Llibre was Citibank Senior Vice president - Head of Corporate Finance and Investment Banking and 5 years after also became its Emerging Markets Corporate Bank Head for the country. For over 10 years (1994 – 2004), he managed an integrated corporate and investment banking business, providing world-class solutions to domestic and multinational clients. Fully responsible for P&L, business plan and strategy. Ten years experience in the development, coordination and execution of corporate and investment banking businesses of Citibank in the Dominican Republic.Prior to joining Citibank, spent five years in the Central Bank of the Dominican Republic (1990 – 1994) as Economist for the Economic Research Department and Chief Division at the Monetary Programming Unit. Also Involved in the academy as professor of Strategy and Corporate Finance in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Corporate Finance Programs of Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) as well as member of its Academic Council.
