Experienced aviation Director, Manager, and Superintendent with over 45 years of practice in aviation maintenance beginning as a Maintenance Technician and advancing to Director Level. As a U.S. Air Force retiree, my management experience encompasses many positions. After my military career, I initially worked with American Eagle airlines, prior to working as Plant Maintenance Manager of one of the largest Texas State Prisons. Right back to aviation – I transitioned back into aviation where I progressed to the Chief of Quality on the “E-6 In-Flight Training” aircraft maintenance program for the U.S. Navy at Tinker AFB, OK.
