Co-invented patented, aqueous-based advanced manufacturing technology for recovering resources from post-consumer carpet and plastics. Technology certified as an "advanced manufacturing technology" by the State of California due to its technical advancements over conventional methods, resulting in higher quality recovered products, increased recycling rates, greenhouse gas reduction benefits, and enhanced worker and environmental protection. Managed the construction of a new 130,000 SQ FT carpet recycling facility in Rancho Cucamonga, California, funded by XT-Green Inc. Developed innovative carpet collection programs to increase carpet diversion from landfills. Served as the primary liaison with investors, establishing goals, overseeing progress, ensuring adequate funding, preparing budgets and P&L statements, supervising the accounting function, and preparing financial and progress reports to investors. Under my management, XT-Green completed technology development of an advanced technology carpet recycling system that produces the highest quality recycled output and achieves record recycling rates while protecting employee health and the environment. Applied for and successfully received a $225,000 grant from the State of California for our efforts in recycling.

Coordinated with Sales Engineers to prepare technical and commercial proposals for clients in the petrochemical industry, including PetroChina and Sinochem. Conducted technical reviews and testing, ensuring the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions. Identified key project milestones and oversaw project execution to ensure timely completion. Collaborated with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Managed project budgets, resources, and schedules to meet client requirements and organizational goals. Communicated regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships. Implemented process improvements to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.
