Accolades and highlights include:− Led all aspects and functions of design, production, strategy and management for the first successful large-scale sock manufacturer on the US West Coast (Mountain High Hosiery).− Spearheaded acquisition of foreign and domestic technology experts, successfully negotiating and obtaining H1-B visas for foreign technical staff. − Responsible for forcing the US sock industry to modernize by introducing computerized knitting machines from Japan, three bar boarding process, and introducing hand-linking to US market. − Tommy Hilfiger’s first licensee (1990) – designed and produced full range of socks under the Tommy Hilfiger brand.− Negotiated license agreements and produced socks under the largest brands in the world including: Hugo Boss, Valentino, Pendleton, Polo, Adidas, Nautica, Alexander Julian, Bill Blass, Esprit, Pony, K-Swiss, Mossimo, And 1, and others.− Developed the Nordstrom sock Private Label program.
