About Frank M. Auer

I graduated from La Tech U as Petroleum Engineer. I worked summers during undergrad, but immediately entered law school upon graduation with intention to be lawyer for oil company. Upon graduation from law school, I eschewed working with oil companies for the higher income of private practice. After 10 years of law practice, I decided to get into business and began the company that is now Praeses. After running Praeses for about 11 years, I realized I needed additional skills to take it where I wanted it to be, so I applied and was accepted into the MBA program at Wharton. It was a great decision. I graduated in 2 years, and then was back full time at Praeses. We have prospered as a result.Specialties: Finance for small companies, development and sales of IT products, building a strong management team
