A long-time records management professional, I’m passionate about enabling organizations to improve their business processes, streamline their operations, enable remote access to their information and reduce their reliance on paper. My title is president, but I see myself as chief client service officer. I believe my most important role is spending time with our clients, building strong relationships and ensuring we are meeting their needs. I make sure our clients get first crack at any new products, features or services that are coming up, and always keep an eye out for additional ways we can help them work more efficiently.I believe very deeply in serving clients with integrity, and I build teams who share that passion.
